VenueNow is Australia's leading marketplace for event spaces and suppliers. We're looking for a creative, energetic Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) to join VenueNow for 20-24 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-growing tech startup, with a flexible, part-time arrangement and meaningful responsibility.

We want someone who is passionate about creating content that is relatable, fun, creates hype, generates traffic and ideally goes viral!

About The Role

n

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support our marketing efforts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email and website content. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships to create engaging content, jump on trends, design social assets, and help drive growth.

You'll get exposure to real campaigns, real data, and real impact — not just admin work.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Create video content to be shared across TikTok & Instagram (including filming yourself and being on camera)
n
- Jump on trends, script, film and edit short-form video content
n
- Build and schedule EDMs
n
- Update landing pages and assist with basic SEO
n
- Support general marketing admin, reporting and campaign execution
n

Who Are You?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Early in your marketing or content career
n
- Confident on camera (fun,



bubbly personality a big plus!)
n
- Skilled with TikTok/Instagram, Canva, and basic video editing
n
- A good writer with strong attention to detail
n
- Creative, proactive and eager to learn
n
- Looking for a adaptable PT role you can grow in
n
- Strong organisational, multitasking and planning skills
n
- Rolls up sleeves attitude and motivated to get things done
n
