The Role
We are looking for an experienced, highly capable skilled to join our fun and welcoming team. If you are a skilled administrator, a highly organized office professional, or an experienced candidate who loves design and is seeking a stable role, this is for you. We highly value life experience and a confident, assured approach to managing customer interactions.
What You Will Do
Front-of-House: Warmly greet showroom visitors and confidently manage incoming phone calls from both retail and commercial clients.
Administration & Logistics: Generate commercial invoices, process payments, and liaise with our warehouse and customers to coordinate time-sensitive deliveries.
Customer Care: Handle post-sale inquiries with a warm, assured, and solutions-focused approach.
Showroom Upkeep: Help maintain a beautiful, tidy showroom space (this is a hands-on role requiring the safe handling of occasional furniture pieces).
About You
Experienced:
You have a strong administrative or office management background and know how to take charge of your domain.
Confident Communicator: You handle people effortlessly and speak with friendly assurance.
Design Lover: You have a genuine appreciation for beautiful furniture and interiors.
Adaptable & Tech-Savvy: You transition seamlessly from face-to-face service to computer-based back-office tasks.
Base Schedule: Mondays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and every second Saturday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM). We anticipate additional regular days will become available early next year, offering the right candidate the opportunity to grow their role with us, should they wish to.
Required Flexibility: In addition to your core days, you must be open to picking up extra shifts to cover staff annual leave and peak periods, as arranged by mutual agreement.
