Our Client:

Duties:
This role will see you managing a small portfolio of 100 commercial / retail properties located around Sydney’s Inner East (many within walking distance of the office)
What you’ll do:
- Day to day management of your portfolio
- Take and address enquiries
- Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and capital improvements
- General client and contractor management
- Undertake CPI increases and rent renewals
- Attend Tribunal as required
About You:
- 3+ years of previous commercial portfolio management experience
- Must have a COR and car / drivers license
- Living locally or knowledge of the East would be an advantage
