Genus is seeking a highly organised Mobilisation Officer to support workforce mobilisation across multiple Perth-based and site projects.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you will play a key part in ensuring personnel, plant, and equipment are compliant and ready for site.

Key Responsibilities Include

n

n
- Coordinating mobilisation of personnel across multiple projects
n
- Maintaining training matrices to ensure ongoing compliance
n
- Managing Myosh uploads and compliance tracking
n
- Booking required training, inductions, and medicals
n
- Coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel logistics
n
- Ordering PPE and ensuring mobilisation readiness
n
- Maintaining and updating master and project rosters
n
- Managing client systems including Avetta, Pegasus,



SuccessFactors, LMS, and Corp Traveller
n
- Coordinating subcontractor onboarding
n
- Supporting mobilisation of plant and equipment
n
- Raising purchase orders and sourcing quotes for project equipment
n
- Providing general administrative and ad hoc support
n

You will bring

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in mobilisation, administration, or customer service
n
- Strong understanding of FIFO mobilisation and compliance requirements
n
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting
n
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- A proactive and adaptable approach
n

Desirable Experience

n

n
- Experience using systems such as Avetta, Pegasus, SuccessFactors, LMS, or Corp Traveller
n
- Background in mining, construction, or electrical projects
n
- Exposure to high-volume mobilisation environments
n
