Responsibilities

- Participate in the development of the video computing framework to support efficient processing of TikTok's massive video and complex business needs.
n
- Support multimedia-related business requirements of product lines, including image processing, video transcoding, video editing, video analysis, and more.
n
- Analyze and optimize video processing performance.
n

Internship Details

n

Internship period: December 2026 – February 2027 (onboard by 7 Dec 2026). Candidates are expected to work on‐site at the Sydney office for a minimum of three days per week.

n

Minimum Qualifications

n

n
- Currently completing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,



or a related technical discipline.
n
- Proficient in at least one mainstream language (C/C++/Python/Go) with excellent coding skills.
n

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in multimedia technologies such as video codec, detection, or enhancement.
n
- Experience with media processing framework development.
n
- Experience in video processing performance optimization.
n
- Experience in transcoding or computing platform development.
n
- Robust communication, collaboration, and meticulous work ethic.
