About the role
This is a full-time role for an experienced Clinic Manager for Skin, Laser and Injectables.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic's operations, from managing the team to ensuring the highest standards of client service and clinical excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the skin and laser clinic, including client scheduling, call lists, inventory management and budgeting.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled therapists, and Nurses to meeting weekly and monthly targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction through effective client relationship management
- Managing team performance ensuring a standard of performance and KPI's are being met
- Oversee the implementation of safety, compliance and quality assurance protocols.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the clinic and identify opportunities for growth and improvement by rolling out LAM activities.
- Liaise with head office, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support the clinic's operations.
- Hands-on approach, must be able to step in and manage/treat the client when necessary.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar leadership role within the skin and laser industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
- Robust understanding of skin, laser and cosmetic treatments, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control - developmental support provided.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to run and maintain a high performing team environment
- Must have a current laser license
