Store Manager (30-38 hours per week, casual)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead, support and grow a team that takes pride in what they do.
n
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example.
n
- Train and coach team members to company standards.
n
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards.
n
- Communicate effectively with management and other store locations.
n

REQUIREMENTS:

n

n
- Minimum 12 months management experience in a similar role.
n
- Minimum 2 years Barista experience.
n
- Must be available to work from 4:30am, with early morning starts essential.
n
- Must be available to work across a 7-day roster.
n
- Must be able to work across both Maryborough stores.
n
