Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a high‑performing, positive team culture.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service during peak periods.
- Develop, test, and implement menus that balance creativity, consistency, and profitability.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in line with local regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and control food costs, waste,



and portioning to meet budget targets.
- Coordinate with front‑of‑house and management to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Uphold quality control across all dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and timing.
- Maintain kitchen systems, processes, and workflow improvements.
- Handle training for kitchen staff.
