We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa's Work Health &Safety; team based in Guyra, New South Wales. The role supports one ofAustralia's most advanced protected cropping operations and provides exposureto safety systems within a dynamic production environment.

This is a permanent full-time graduate opportunity where you'll combinestructured development with hands-on WHS experience, supporting safety systems,risk management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working alongside experienced WHS professionals and operational leaders,you'll contribute to initiatives that support employee wellbeing and helpmaintain safe and productive workplaces. This is a unique opportunity to launchyour career in WHS while developing the skills, relationships and experienceneeded to build a long-term career within Costa.

Aboutyou:

We're looking for graduates who are curious, proactive and passionateabout creating safer workplaces. You may have recently completed (or be in yourfinal year of) a degree in:

- Work Health & Safety
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Safety Science
- Health Science
- Or a related discipline

You will also:

- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Enjoy working across both office and operational environments
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrate initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
- Be comfortable analysing information and solving problemsBe curious, adaptable and eager to learn

- Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence
