We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our Front of House team. You will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences, bringing warmth, professionalism and a passion for exceptional drinks and service to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
- Create classic and signature cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
- Manage stock levels, assist with inventory, and minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and responsible service of alcohol.
- Process orders accurately using the POS system.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant floor and kitchen teams to provide seamless service.
- Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

About You

- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
- Solid knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.




- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a strong team-focused approach.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
