The Role

We're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist with a passion for paediatrics to join a growing multidisciplinary team.

Working primarily with children from the early years through to teenagers, you'll manage a wide-ranging paediatric caseload across assessment and intervention. The role is approximately 80% clinic-based and 20% community-based, with visits to local schools and childcare centres where required.





This position is well suited to a confident and independent clinician with at least two years' experience who enjoys working collaboratively while also taking ownership of their caseload. There are opportunities to step into leadership and mentoring responsibilities, as well as contribute to service development, marketing initiatives and ongoing improvements within the clinic.

What's On Offer

- Salary of $90,000-$95,000 + Super (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Predominantly clinic-based role (80%) with limited community visits
- Collaborative multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology and Behaviour Support
- Leadership and mentoring opportunities
- Professional development allowance of $300-$500 per year
- Travel reimbursement for community visits
- Strong administrative support allowing clinicians to focus on client care
- Flexible working arrangements, with openness to hybrid work where suitable
- Realistic caseload expectations averaging approximately 5-6 clients per day
- Supportive team culture with regular collaboration and case discussions

About You

- Minimum two years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience working with paediatric clients
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligible for or current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Australian working rights
- Confident managing an independent caseload with a collaborative approach
