We are seeking a highly experienced and operationally focused Senior Manager or General Manager to lead the day‐to‐day operations of our nursing agency based in Toowoomba, QLD 4350. This role is ideal for a and 8–10 years of industry experience who thrives in fast‐paced environments and is passionate about delivering high‐quality healthcare services through strong operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct operational leadership across all aspects of the nursing agency, ensuring efficient service delivery and workforce management.

- Lead and manage daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
n
- Manage and optimise staffing, workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet client needs.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, aged care facilities and key stakeholders.
n
- Drive business growth through client engagement, service expansion and operational efficiencies.
n
- Ensure high standards of patient care, staff performance and customer satisfaction.
n
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting and cost management to achieve sustainability and profitability.
n
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‐performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.

- Implement quality assurance and risk management strategies to maintain a safe and effective service.

Key Selection Criteria

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the healthcare or nursing agency industry, with senior leadership experience.
n
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Australian healthcare sector.
n
- Proven ability to manage operations, workforce planning and service delivery in a fast‐paced environment.
n
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting and business growth strategies.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
n
- Ability to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic initiatives.
n
- Experience working in a regional or rural healthcare setting (highly desirable).
