Aussie Life Care is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Cranbourne.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex care needs while promoting their independence, health,



safety, and wellbeing.

Sleepover shifts are required and include:

- Monday: 8:00 PM - 10:00 AM
- Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Essential Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Cert 3
- Experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours
- Experience in Medication Administration
