We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and junior professionals who are interested in financial administration, accounting operations, reporting, and supporting day-to-day finance activities.
? Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team.
• Process invoices, payment requests, receipts, and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform data entry and update financial information in accounting systems.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare basic financial reports, schedules, and summaries.
• Monitor invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Verify financial documents and ensure transactions are properly authorized.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized digital and physical finance records.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
• Ensure finance procedures and company policies are followed accurately.
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics,
or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
