Finance Analyst - 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover

Port Melbourne | 12 Month Contract

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team for a 12-month maternity leave cover.

We are an ASX-listed company with a Global presence across the skate, surf, streetwear and workwear industries, owning and distributing a portfolio of Fashion, Workwear, Streetwear and Surf brands globally.

This is a key role within our Finance team, supporting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and compliance , while working closely with stakeholders across the business to help drive informed commercial decisions.

What you’ll be doing

- Prepare and analyse daily cash flow, sales and margin reporting
- Assist with month-end management reporting and reconciliations
- Analyse product costs, margins and purchase price variances
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain sales, stock and provision reporting
- Support BAS, FBT and other statutory reporting requirements
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and analytics
- Support Qlik reporting and business intelligence requirements




- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and commercial insights

What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset with a desire to improve processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with an ERP system; Apparel21 and Qlik experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people across all areas of the business
- Experience across broader finance functions such as AP, AR, payroll or treasury is advantageous
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification is preferred, but not essential
- Positive, energetic and hands-on approach
