Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Finance Assistant / Accounts Officer (Entry / Junior Level). The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing invoices, recording financial transactions, and maintaining accurate ledgers.

The Finance

Assistant / Accounts Officer will help prepare basic financial reports, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance. The position includes monitoring payments and receipts, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries. The role requires consistent communication with supervisors, timely completion of assigned tasks, and adherence to hospital financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Invoicing and basic Accounting skills to process bills,



manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to assist in budgeting, reporting, and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and accounting software (e.g., Excel, basic ERP or accounting systems) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare finance environment are highly valued.
