We are looking for a motivated and professional Finance Broker to join our team in Williams Landing.
About the Role
As a Finance Broker, you will be responsible for managing clients throughout the finance application process — from understanding their financial requirements through to loan approval and settlement.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance, enjoys working with clients and wants to build a long-term career in the finance and mortgage broking industry.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their financial objectives and borrowing requirements.
Assess clients' financial circumstances, income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
Identify suitable loan and finance products based on client requirements.
Prepare and submit loan applications to appropriate lenders.
Collect, verify and manage supporting documentation.
Liaise with lenders, BDMs, clients, conveyancers and other relevant parties.
Monitor applications from submission through approval and settlement.
Maintain accurate client records and application notes.
Provide regular updates to clients throughout the application process.
Develop and maintain robust client relationships.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, professional relationships and other channels.
Ensure all applications and client interactions comply with relevant regulatory, lender and company requirements.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Meet agreed business, service and compliance objectives.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Previous experience in mortgage broking, finance, lending, banking or a related field is highly desirable.
Confident communicating with clients and industry professionals.
Strong in customer service and relationship management.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working with financial information and documentation.
Able to manage multiple applications and competing priorities.
Australian working rights.
Proactive in generating and developing business opportunities.
Professional, reliable and committed to achieving results.
Comfortable using CRM systems, lender portals and finance-related software.
