Position
We're seeking a confident and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to partner with business leaders, provide actionable insights, and help shape business performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Deliver financial insights, performance analysis and recommendations that drive business growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support key business decisions.
- Enhance reporting, dashboards and BI tools to improve visibility and performance tracking.
- Monitor business performance, identify trends and provide actionable commentary.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance outcomes.
- Present financial results and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to a team-oriented, high-performing finance team focused on continuous improvement.
Profile
- CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting,
Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance, Financial Accounting or Business Partnering.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
- Strong experience with Power BI and planning tools such as TM1, Cognos or Jedox.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, R or other analytics tools is highly regarded.
- AI-savvy, with a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies, automation and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
- Commercially astute with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proactive, analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Professional services background essential.
