Finance & Insurance Business Manager – Geely | XPENG

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to help establish and grow our F&I; operation across both brands.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Managing the end-to-end finance and insurance process.

- Presenting tailored finance, insurance and protection products to customers.

- Working closely with the Sales Team to maximise finance penetration and dealership performance.

- Managing finance applications from submission through to settlement.

- Maintaining robust relationships with lenders, insurers and customers.

- Ensuring all F&I; activities meet regulatory, compliance and manufacturer requirements.

- Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You

To be successful, you will have:





- Proven previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager — this is essential. Applicants without previous F&I; experience will not be considered.

- A strong understanding of automotive finance, insurance products and compliance requirements.

- A proven track record of achieving finance and insurance targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- A proactive, driven and results-focused approach.
