We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic IT consultancy firm. Based in Melbourne, this role will oversee financial management across complex, multi-vendor environments while supporting global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a large, diverse workforce including contractors and permanent employees.
- Manage financial operations across multiple vendors and customer accounts in a global IT consultancy environment.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic business goals.




- Ensure compliance with Australian and international financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and operational teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management and controls.
- Support vendor contract financial management, billing processes, and reconciliation.
- Manage audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally within IT consultancy or technology services.
- Solid understanding of managing finances in complex, multi-vendor, and multi-customer environments.
- Experience managing large workforces including contractors and permanent staff.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and global accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational company setting.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA or CA preferred
