Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Financial Analyst / Investment Analyst. The analyst will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial modeling, and analyze financial statements to support data-driven recommendations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial reports and dashboards, monitoring portfolio performance, and assessing risks and returns across asset classes. The role also involves supporting financial planning efforts, synthesizing complex data into concise insights, and collaborating with other team members to refine research and investment strategies. The analyst will be expected to manage their schedule independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high analytical and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and metrics.
- Experience with Finance, Financial Planning, and investment analysis,



including basic valuation and portfolio concepts.
- Knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of Python/R or BI tools is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present explicit and concise findings to non-specialist audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet agreed timelines.
- Prior exposure to quantitative research, fintech, or data-driven investment environments is a plus.
