? Financial Analyst (Hybrid, Entry-Level)

? About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our finance team ?
In this role, you’ll support financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with finance and business teams to analyse financial information, identify trends, prepare reports, and provide insights that support business performance. This is a great opportunity for graduates and early-career professionals to build practical financial analysis experience ?
? Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting ?
- Collect, organise, validate, and analyse financial and business data
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries
- Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities
- Perform variance analysis and investigate differences between actual and forecast results ?
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Maintain accurate financial models, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
- Assist with cash-flow analysis and financial performance monitoring
- Work with finance and business teams to gather and validate financial information
- Identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and business projects
- Present financial findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information ?

? Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply ?
- Previous internship, academic project, finance, accounting, or data-analysis experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL, financial modelling, or reporting tools is advantageous
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is preferred
- Knowledge of Australian accounting and business practices is an advantage
