The role In this position, your responsibilities are likely to include:

- Managing a portfolio of Owners Corporations across residential and mixed-use properties.
- Preparing for and attending AGMs, committee meetings and other meetings as required.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, quotes and contractor communication for common property.
- Handling owner and committee enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with budgets, levy processes, records,



compliance and general administration related to each scheme.

About you To be considered, you will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in Owners Corporation, strata or a closely related property role.
- Solid communication skills and confidence dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Solid time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across a portfolio.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work with autonomy.
- A genuine interest in property and a commitment to delivering strong service outcomes.
