Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Credit Officer will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the credit and accounts receivable function. You'll be backed by a collaborative and supportive team where your contribution is valued, and your work-life balance is respected.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Managing accounts receivable and debtor accounts accurately and efficiently
n
- Processing invoices and credit notes
n
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing general accounts administration support
n
- Using Excel to maintain, reconcile and analyse financial data
n
- Contributing to the efficiency and continuous improvement of the credit function while working collaboratively with the wider team
n

About You
n
n
- A minimum of two years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Debtors
n
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
n
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
