What you'll be doing:

- Lead from the front and create a high-energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed

- Be hands-on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution

- Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets

- Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a outstanding experience

- Develop and inspire your team to grow into confident,
