We are seeking experienced General Practice Managers and Area Managers to join our expanding network of modern, patient-focused medical centres located throughout Perth's southern corridor, from Cockburn to Baldivis.

About the Roles
n
As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more GP clinics, ensuring efficient practice management, excellent patient experiences, and strong team leadership.
n
As an Area Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple medical centres, supporting Practice Managers while driving consistency, growth, performance, and continuous improvement across the region.
n
About You
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
Proven experience managing General Practice or primary healthcare clinics.
n
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
n
A sound understanding of Medicare, accreditation, compliance, and practice operations.
n
Experience leading administrative and clinical support teams.
n
Excellent organisational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
n
A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
n
Experience in multi-site management will be highly regarded for Area Manager applicants.
