The opportunity

n

Draftable is a fast-growing legal-tech software company used by law firms and in-house teams globally. Since launching our flagship legal document comparison product in 2023, more than 900 organisations have come on board. As Marketing Director, you will lead Draftable's global marketing function, reporting directly to the CMO and work as part of the Affinda Group Senior Marketing Leadership Team. This is a rare chance to shape the strategy, and market presence of a category-leading legal technology solution at scale.

What you'll do

n

Strategic Leadership

n

n
- Refine and execute Draftable's global marketing strategy, plans, and budget.
n
- Define and deliver go-to-market strategy in collaboration with product and sales leadership.
n
- Drive significant brand development initiatives targeting legal and corporate sectors.
n
- Build scalable systems, processes, and playbooks to support sustained growth.
n
- Shape the long-term roadmap for Draftable's marketing function.
n
- Launch Product marketing initiatives.
n
- Develop and articulate clear value propositions, differentiators, and messaging tailored to the legal market.
n
- Partner with product and sales to deliver integrated campaigns, compelling sales collateral, and thought leadership content.
n
- Oversee high-quality execution across digital channels (SEO, SEM, content,



LinkedIn, web).
n
- Lead events and public relations strategies to strengthen Draftable's market position.
n
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise marketing performance, reporting ROI across channels.
n
- Coach, mentor, and grow the Draftable marketing team.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology.
n
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments.
n
- Deep go-to-market and product marketing expertise.
n
- Strong command of digital, content, and demand marketing best practices.
n
- Proficiency with up-to-date marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
n
- Systems-driven approach to building scalable processes.
n
- Outstanding leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
n
- Enthusiasm to use AI tools to achieve commercial goals and increase productivity.
n

Location & travel

n

Melbourne CBD office, hybrid.

n

- AUD $170,000–$220,000 (inclusive of super).
n
- Generous paid time off and hybrid flexibility.

- Final package will reflect experience.
