About the Role

As a Manager in Training, you'll work alongside your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You'll be hands‐on in day‐to‐day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high‐performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance
n
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise
n
- Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals
n
- Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
n
- Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits
n
- Creating a secure, inclusive,



and inspiring workplace for your team and customers
n
- Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation
n

What We're Looking For

n

You're passionate about people, performance, and jewellery. You lead from the front, thrive in a fast‐paced retail environment, and know how to inspire a team.

n

n
- 1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience
n
- Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity
n
- A love of coaching others to succeed
n
- A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections
n
- Ability to work within a 7‐day roster including weekends and late trade
n
- A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride
n
