Balpara is a premier power consultancy seeking an Experienced Distribution Engineer / Designer to join a high‐performing, passionate team.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality engineering designs across overhead, underground and distribution substation projects
n
- Attend sites as required, bringing your expertise to the field
n
- Provide technical input into constructability and maintainability
n
- Apply industry standards and safety in design guidelines
n
- Manage designs effectively across projects of varying complexity, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
n
- Identify cutting-edge solutions to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes
n
- Deliver distribution design projects for the Victorian Power Utilities such as Citipower, Powercor, United Energy, Ausnet and Jemena
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Proven experience in distribution projects
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Knowledge of safety in design practices
n
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
n
- Experience in AutoCAD drafting
n
- Experience with Revit and NEARA is beneficial but not essential
n
