Our client, located in the southern suburbs, is a well-established boutique accounting and business advisory firm, with a reputation for providing proactive, practical advice to a wide range of business clients and family groups, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who is ready to step into a Manager role.

Duties will include:

- Building strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio
- Preparation of financial statements, management and annual accounts
- Collaborating with Directors on complex advisory work and special projects
- Providing tax planning and strategic business advice
- Managing workflow for quality and timely delivery to client
- Coaching and mentoring of junior accountants

Skills and experience required:

- Degree qualified in commerce or related field




- Working towards CA or CPA
- 5-8 years' public practice experience in Australia
- Ability to analyse, problem solve and conduct research to deliver high standard results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Robust organisational skills
- Good understanding of various management accounting packages
- A desire to mentor and provide leadership
