Rate: $775pd inc Super

Location: Sydney CBD 3 days a week onsite 2 days remote

What's the role about?

n

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be the technical force behind their go-to-market efforts. You'll partner with sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to provide platform expertise, guide technical conversations, and shape solutions that solve real-world business problems. From live demos to RFP support, you'll bring a consultative edge and deep product knowledge to every interaction.

You'll be doing things like:

n

n
- Acting as a subject matter expert across customer engagement, and automation tools
n
- Running product walkthroughs, deep-dives, and tailored solution sessions with prospective and existing clients
n
- Supporting sales teams in enterprise and mid-market opportunities, ensuring platform capability is positioned to win
n
- Influencing product and strategy through feedback and insights from the field
n
- Helping internal teams navigate complex technical asks and escalations with clarity and confidence
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Deep experience with campaign automation,



or customer engagement platforms
n
- Strong grasp of SaaS and B2B sales cycles
n
- Confidence delivering demos, addressing RFPs, and translating business needs into elegant tech solutions
n
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across Sales, Product, and Engineering
n
- A natural communicator who thrives in high-stakes, solution-focused environments
n
- Strong client-facing technical role (Solutions Consultant, Pre-sales, Sales Engineer etc.)
n
