Job Description

- Hedge & tree trimming;
n
- Mowing, edging & whipper snipping;
n
- Control weeds and pests through the application of herbicides;
n
- Raking and blowing leaves, pruning and disposing of dying vegetation;
n
- Planting, mulching, and maintaining flowers and shrubs, including watering and maintenance of irrigation systems;
n
- Oversee the outdoor presentation of all facilities, including BBQ & pool maintenance;
n
- Launching and parking recreational boats for resident use;
n
- Ensure all mechanical equipment and tools are kept in valuable working order
n

Requirements

n

n
- A "C" class open driver's licence (essential);
n
- Current maritime boating licence (essential);
n
- Relevant gardening experience in a similar role;
n
- Qualification in Cert III Horticulture or equivalent is advantageous;
n
- ACDC chemical licence is advantageous;
n
- Ability to use equipment such as push mower, ride-on mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper and blower;
n
- Possess the physical ability to undertake the requirements of the role, including bending, lifting and carrying;
n
- Initiative & the ability to work with limited supervision.
