The Role

n

As ourRemedial Massage Therapist at Allsports,



you will enjoy a flexible role with excellent remuneration and the opportunity to grow your existing client base.

This position is ideal for someone seeking casual hours within a supportive team environment as well as a diverse and interesting range of clients.

n

Your key duties will include but not be limited to:

n

Managing and building on an existing caseload.

n

Providing high-quality remedial massage therapy to our clients, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

n

Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' areas of concern and developing personalised treatment plans.

n

Utilising a variety of massage techniques to address musculoskeletal issues, reduce pain and improve mobility.

n

Educating clients on self-care practices and techniques to maintain the benefits of massage therapy.

n

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a private practice setting.

n

What We're Looking For

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

A Diploma of Remedial Massage and Qualified Association membership.

n

A current First Aid & CPR certificate.

n

Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach.

n

The ability to provide outstanding massage therapy to our clientele base, including relaxation, sports and remedial massages.

n





A commitment to improving their knowledge and clinical skills.

n

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with:

n

Engaging with clients to discuss symptoms, medical history and desired outcomes.

n

Assessing clients to identify areas of discomfort or tension in the body.

n

Working with our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Sports Psychologists.

n

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences.
