About the Role

n

As our Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in helping the business make smarter decisions through data, reporting, and operational insights.

n

You'll work closely with leadership to monitor performance across sales, inventory, logistics, and distributor activity, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and problem-solving.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
n
- Analyse sales trends, distributor performance, and inventory movement
n
- Provide reporting insights that support management decision‐making
n
- Maintain clean and accurate data within the ERP system
n
- Support improvements to ERP reporting and workflows
n
- Assist with automation and data process improvements
n
- Monitor stock performance and inventory turnover
n
- Identify slow‐moving inventory and stock optimisation opportunities
n
- Assist with forecasting and supply chain reporting
n
- Support cross‐departmental initiatives to improve efficiency
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability (pivot tables, data analysis)
n
- Experience working with ERP systems
n
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
n
- Robust organisational and problem‐solving skills
n
- Bonus: Experience with Power BI or BI tools
n
- Bonus: Experience in inventory, supply chain or operations analysis
n
- Bonus: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
n
