Backyard Products is seeking a hands-on Tekkra Machine Operator to join our Monroe, Michigan manufacturing team. This in office role focuses on safely running shrink-wrap and bundling equipment, ensuring products are properly wrapped, inspected, and prepared for shipment while meeting production schedules.

You will work with production, maintenance, quality, and shipping teams to minimize downtime and uphold quality standards. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred.
