Job Description

Urban CGI is seeking a Learning Designer to translate complex SOPs into multimedia, scenario-driven training for high-consequence construction programs. You'll design learning that moves workers from understanding to doing, using Articulate Storyline (Rise welcome) and build modules that integrate video, posters, workbooks, and quizzes.

You will focus on compliant, safety-focused content, map decision points in SOPs, and deliver courses to client LMSs. Start date is immediate; trials may apply.
