I’m partnering with multiple established builder-developers across the Gold Coast to appoint experienced Foremen across the Finishes, Structures and Facade space.

With several opportunities available from Coomera through to Burleigh, there’s flexibility to find a project and location that works for you.

Your initial projects could include $100M+ aged care developments, medium and high-rise apartments, and a landmark $1.5B multi-residential development. These are genuinely impressive projects, offering the prospect to work alongside experienced site teams and add some career-defining builds to your portfolio.

You’ll be joining well-resourced project teams with strong leadership, a genuine focus on safety, and stable companies with exciting pipelines of work ahead.

Facade Foreman

- Take ownership of key facade and finishing packages, with a particular focus on glazing, balustrades and internal fit-out works
- Previous experience managing these packages is essential
- Experience across medium to high-rise apartments or aged care projects will be highly regarded
- Salary up to $230K incl. super

Structures Foreman

- Previous experience delivering apartment projects of 20+ storeys is essential




- Strong experience with jumpform and screenwork required
- Multiple high-rise apartment projects available across the Gold Coast, offering the chance to work on landmark developments that will be standout additions to your CV
- Market-leading salary packages available

Finishes Foreman

- Lead and coordinate critical finishes packages, ensuring quality and attention to detail throughout delivery
- Upcoming November–December start dates
- Up to $230K incl. super, with potential for more based of experience

About You

- Proven experience as a Foreman delivering similar commercial, multi-residential or high-rise construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors while driving programme, quality and safety outcomes
- A stable employment history and proven track record delivering complex construction projects
