Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Founder Associate at Fluxium.ai.

The Founder

Associate will work closely with the founding team on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, including market research, product experimentation, and customer discovery. Day-to-day tasks may involve preparing analyses and presentations, building and refining internal processes, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The role also includes drafting communications, documenting learnings, and maintaining project timelines to help drive execution across product, operations, and go-to-market activities.





This position is suited for someone who enjoys a high-ownership environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can quickly adapt to evolving priorities in an early-stage startup.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical and research skills, including the ability to synthesize data, perform market and competitor analysis, and generate clear insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents, presentations, and stakeholder updates, as well as communicating across distributed teams.

- Organizational and project management abilities, including prioritization, task tracking, and coordination of multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfort with technology and AI-driven products, including the ability to learn new tools quickly and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.

- Demonstrated initiative, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to tackle both strategic and hands-on operational work.

- Experience in startups, consulting, operations, product, or business strategy is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
