Looking for ongoing warehouse work with consistent early morning hours?
We are partnering with one of Australia's leading freight and logistics companies and are seeking reliable Freight Handlers / Dockhands to join their busy Kemps Creek distribution operation.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and wants consistent shifts with an early finish.
The Opportunity
- Location: Kemps Creek
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 9:00am
- Pay: $34 per hour
- Work: Ongoing casual with consistent rostered hours
Your Duties Working as part of a fast-paced freight team, your day will include:
- Unloading freight containers and trailers
- Sorting boxes and freight using conveyor systems
- Loading freight into delivery vehicles
- Breaking down pallets
- Moving and handling freight throughout the dock
- General warehouse and dockhand duties
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
What We're Looking For To be successful, you will have:
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move freight up to 25kg
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- Own reliable transport to access the Kemps Creek site
- Previous warehouse, dockhand, freight or container unloading experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
