We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-focused Fresher Data Analyst to help transform raw data into useful insights and support smarter business decisions. ? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Clean and validate datasets to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal teams.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within business data.
- Support recurring reporting and data analysis activities.
- Assist teams with data-related questions and analytical requests.
- Translate findings into clear summaries and actionable insights.
- Help investigate data discrepancies and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain documentation for reports, datasets, and analytical processes.
- Learn and apply new analytical tools, techniques, and best practices.

? What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business metrics.




- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language is beneficial.
- Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify patterns and explain findings clearly.
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Curious mindset with enthusiasm for learning and working with data.
