Role Description The Reporter role at GROWTH PANDIT is a full-time, in office position based in Maharashtra, India. In this role, the reporter will research, investigate, and cover stories related to digital marketing, technology, brand strategy, and business growth, producing accurate and engaging news and feature content.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews, verifying information and sources, writing and editing articles, and preparing multimedia content such as videos or social posts when needed. The reporter will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to align stories with the company’s campaigns and brand narrative. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, attending relevant events, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills to research, investigate, and produce clear, accurate stories.




- Candidates should possess excellent Writing and Communication skills to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Multimedia skills to work with digital formats such as video, audio, social media, and visual storytelling.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, fact-checking abilities, and adherence to ethical and non-discriminatory reporting practices.
- Candidates should have familiarity with digital media platforms, basic SEO principles, and analytics tools for audience and content performance tracking.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in Maharashtra, India, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in news reporting, business or tech journalism, or digital content production will be an advantage.
