We are looking for energetic front of house professionals to strengthen our team across all levels of our Little Collins flagship. You will support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within both The Lodge Dining Room and the Cellar & Wine Bar, learning from our experienced team to develop your skills and choose your own career pathway in hospitality.
The most important thing we look for is an excitement to be part of the action, to be ready to learn, and always wanting to make our guest's feel special!
As we plan for the summer season, we welcome applications for all casual, full or part-time opportunities, including shorter term summer positions.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- a minimum of 2 year experience in a busy restaurant environment
- a warm and personable character, with a genuine passion for hospitality and restaurant service
- weekend availability; our restaurants are open lunch & dinner Tuesday through to Saturday

- excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
- excellent communication and ability to work within a team
