Responsibilities

Role Overview

n

Redpath is seeking experienced Underground Loader / Bogger Operators to support development activities at the Federation Mine. This role suits operators with solid underground experience looking to join a long-term project with a well-established contractor.

n

n
- Operate underground Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) / bogger equipment safely and efficiently
n
- Perform development bogging activities to support production targets
n
- Conduct pre-start checks and report faults or defects
n
- Follow traffic management plans, procedures,



and supervisor instructions
n
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in work areas
n
- Complete reports, activity sheets, and safety documentation
n
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses
n
- Contribute to safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives
n

Qualifications

About You

- Proven experience operating underground loaders / boggers
n
- Development bogging experience in an underground environment
n
- Ability to work in a production-driven team environment
n
- Valid manual driver's licence
n
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
n
- Teleremote bogging experience will be highly regarded
n
