The Role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the restaurant and bar, using robust people skills and a hands-on approach to lead the team. By embodying our core value, The Guest is Everything, your focus is on delivering 'total customer satisfaction' through seamless food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations with Purpose and Action to consistently exceed guest expectations

Be flexible to customer demands and have the ability to adapt effortlessly to last-minute changes or requests





Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and embody an ownership mindset with a genuine desire to drive and implement current revenue initiatives.

Assist the Venue Manager by providing direction, support, and motivation to the restaurant Team

Assist with On the Job Training for Team Members

Maintain open, respectful communication with Team Members, ensuring regular briefings take place and all relevant information is shared

Take responsibility for guest feedback and complaints, ensuring all issues are handled with empathy and professionalism

Ensure accurate operation of the Point of Sale System

Check accuracy of ordered meals and drinks on collection from kitchen and drink service areas

Create enriching experiences for our guests by ensuring they are welcomed and served in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

Maintain and assist with inventory control & stock takes

Practise, monitor, and demonstrate awareness of WH&S; policies and procedures to ensure compliance

About you

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a hotel, restaurant or bar.

Organised and proactive, with a focus on adding value to the team.

You consistently take Pride in detail

A solution focused approach to problem solving

Outstanding personal presentation

A passion for food and beverage, with a desire to work in a five-star hotel environment

Proven ability to maintain Grace under pressure

The ability to work a full-time rotating roster over 7-days including nights;

A current RSA
