About The Chance

n

Deliver CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling to international students on weekends, combining classroom-based theory with hands‐on practical training. While the role starts on a weekend contract basis, there is genuine potential to move to full-time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

n

- Delivering engaging, hands‐on training in Wall and Floor Tiling to international students on weekends
n




- Contextualising and developing training and assessment materials to reflect current industry practices
n
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to students
n
- Recording attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes accurately
n
- Participating in assessment validation and moderation processes
n
- Maintaining safe, inclusive, and compliant workshop/classroom environments
n

About You

n

n
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or higher-level adult education qualification also accepted)
n
- Trade qualification in CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
n
- Minimum 3 years' industry experience in tiling, with evidence of vocational competency and industry currency
n
- Strong patience and skill in supporting a diverse group of students; experience with international students or in multicultural settings
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Full Australian working rights
