About the Role

n

Our Gumdale team is looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support on a casual basis. This role offers flexibility and the chance to build skills across multiple age groups and environments.

n

As a Casual Educator with Journey, you'll support daily routines, build positive relationships, and step in where you're needed most. Each day brings new learning opportunities, new experiences, and a supportive team to welcome you. Must have flexible hours, and a minimum of 4 days available per week.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Support play‐based learning experiences across all age groups
n
- Assist educators with routines and daily learning environments
n
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families
n
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and wellbeing
n
- Be flexible and responsive across our centre
n

n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 4 day availability + sector experience
n
- ACECQA‐recognised Certificate III or Diploma
n




- Must have completed National Child Safety Training
n
- Reliable, positive, and confident working across different rooms
n
- Passionate about children's learning and wellbeingStrong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
n
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid certificates
n
