Job Description

Business Analysis & Requirements

n

n
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
n
- Translate business needs into transparent functional and non-functional requirements
n
- Develop artefacts including business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps
n
- Ensure requirements are traceable, prioritised, and aligned to business outcomes
n

n

Stakeholder Engagement

n

n
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
n
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather and validate requirements
n
- Support stakeholder alignment and decision-making
n

n

Process Improvement

n

n
- Analyse current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
n
- Define future-state processes aligned to business and technology strategy
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
n

n

Delivery Support

n

n
- Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to support project execution
n




- Contribute to solution design discussions
n
- Support testing activities and define acceptance criteria
n
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements
n

n

Governance & Documentation

n

n
- Maintain clear and structured documentation aligned to Sodexo standards
n
- Support portfolio governance through accurate artefact management
n
- Ensure consistency in business analysis methodologies and tools
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital environments
n
- Strong requirements elicitation and process modelling skills
n
- Experience working within structured project or portfolio delivery frameworks
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
n
- Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery
n
- Experience with tools such as Triskell or similar portfolio platforms is advantageous
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
n
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) are advantageous
n
