Gilbarco Veeder-Root is seeking a dynamic Product Compliance Specialist to take full ownership of our product portfolio across Australia and New Zealand! What You Will Do

n

n
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate relevant product regulations, standards, and compliance requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
n
- Lead regulatory strategy for new and existing products to ensure timely approvals, registrations, certifications, and market access.
n
- Review product specifications, labels, claims, technical documentation, and packaging for compliance.
n
- Partner with product management, R&D;, engineering, quality, and marketing teams to identify compliance risks early in product development.
n
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, regulatory files, and audit records.
n
- Coordinate product testing, certification, and third-party approvals as required.
n
- Manage regulatory submissions, renewals, and ongoing obligations with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
n
- Track regulatory changes and assess business impact, recommending and implementing necessary actions.
n
- Train cross-functional teams on compliance requirements, product claims, and regulatory best practices.
n
- Serve as a key contact for regulatory authorities,



certification bodies, and external consultants.
n
- Support incident investigations, product recalls, and remediation actions when needed.
n
- Develop and deliver ANZ-specific sales enablement tools (training, demos, compliant collateral).
n
- Support bids, tenders, and RFPs with product and technical information.
n

To be successful in this role, who you are:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related discipline.
n
- 5+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality, or a related function.
n
- Strong knowledge of applicable local, national, and international regulations and standards (ANZeX, NMI, MBIE, etc).
n
- Experience preparing and managing regulatory documentation, submissions, and audits.
n
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
n
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an evolving environment.
