The Role

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Full end-to-end accounts payable processing
n
- High-volume invoice processing and data entry
n
- Supplier reconciliations and query resolution
n
- Processing payments and ensuring timely approvals
n
- Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
n
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks
n

About You

n

n




- Experience in accounts payable or finance (or strong desire to build a career in AP)
n
- Open to graduates and early career professionals
n
- Exposure to large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, D365 or similar) is highly regarded
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
n
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
n
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
n
