We are seeking an internal Parts Interpreter/Store Person to join our team, based out of our Cranbourne branch.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide exceptional customer service to efficiently take branch sales
n
- Respond to phone calls, assisting customers & account managers to optimize sales
n
- Process invoices & credits as required
n
- Maintain goods, pallet racking & shelving – including undertaking stock counts when required
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
n
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
n




- Previous parts interpreter experience or experience with automotive / mechanical or electrical parts would be an advantage
n
- Adaptable and adaptable with a willingness to work in all areas of the business
n
